Cancellation / prepayment:

If you cancel some or all portions of your booking, cancellation fees will apply. A cancellation will only be effective when we receive written confirmation of the cancellation. If you cancel a booking: ► 60 days or more before arrival, we will retain the deposit; ► Between 31 and 59 days before arrival, we will retain the deposit or 50% of the total invoice price; whichever is greater, and, ► 30 days or less before arrival, we will retain 100% paid by you in connection with the booking.

Children and Extra Beds:

►Accommodation free of charge for 1 child under 12 years, sharing parents' room and utilizing existing bedding. ►Extra beds/Sofa beds are upon request and depending on availability upon arrival with an additional charge of USD72.00nett per night. ►Mercure Maldives Kooddoo advises all guests travelling with young children to be aware of the unrestricted access to the sea and the lagoon directly from the villas. ►Mercure Maldives Kooddoo recommends all Beach category villas for families and will not accept responsibility in case of accident or injury caused. ►If Operator`s client insists on this type of accommodation, the Resort requires the signing of a liability release agreement. ►Maximum capacity in each villa: 2 Adults + 1 Child or 1 Adult + 2 Kids

Other Policies:

You are required to pay a deposit of 20% of the total invoice price in United States Dollars for your booking to be confirmed. If your booking is made within 60 days of the arrival date or your booking is for a group of 12 and above, then the full amount is payable at the time of booking.
